All production facilities – from knitwear to woven products and accessories – have signed the Soft Goat Code of Conduct and are continuously monitored for compliance.

Where is Soft Goat Produced?

Soft Goat menswear produces the majority of its cashmere and knitwear in China and Inner Mongolia, where traditional expertise in cashmere processing is well established. In addition, the brand works with a production facility in Italy that specialises in recycled cashmere. In this way, Soft Goat combines regional know-how with sustainable innovations in Europe – turning pre-loved cashmere into new knitwear while honouring this precious natural fibre.

Excellence in Every Step

Soft Goat menswear follows a precise, sustainable process in its cashmere production: in spring, the goats are gently combed, the wool is washed several times, and then carefully dehaired to ensure that only the finest fibres are used. After dyeing, the fibres are spun into premium yarn, which is then knitted into jumpers in individual sections and expertly linked by hand. Finally, each garment is washed, pressed, labelled, and shipped in eco-friendly packaging.
