You also have the option to order a selection of your choice by phone, which we will be pleased to deliver to your home address. We deliver on all business days – within the Hamburg city limits on short term also.

Click & Meet

We will be glad to offer you personal advice by making an appointment – individually tuned to your wishes and needs. To do this, you can put together your selection in our online shop and then specify your desired appointment in the shopping cart by clicking on “Click & Meet with appointments”. Select your preferred store, enter your contact details and confirm your selection by clicking "Book appointment". You will hear from us immediately and one of our staff members will take time exclusively for you.

Click & Collect

When placing your order by telephone or online, simply select “In-store collection (Click & Collect)” as your delivery method. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection at a store of your choice. This allows you to collect your order quickly and easily.

If you would also like personalised advice or wish to try on your selection in-store at your leisure, we recommend our “Click & Meet Book an Appointment” service. One of our sales assistants will then take the time to assist you.
