Eduard Dressler – Style-assured for business or casual
The name Eduard Dressler stands for timeless, classic chic in line with the latest trends and international zeitgeist, creativity, and perfect craftsmanship. Quality is the unifying theme here.
In 1929, 21-year-old tailor Eduard Dressler founded his made-to-measure business for men’s suits in Großostheim, Lower Franconia, Germany. He followed his own path with passion and creativity, revolutionising the very traditional art of tailoring with innovative manufacturing processes. By combining the fine art of tailoring with new industrial production, he was able to make made-to-measure, perfectly fitting menswear in his workshop – following his credo: “The machines don’t replace craftmanship; craftmanship is done on machines.”
The founder’s successors now continue to run the business following his vision. By combining classic design elements and modern dress codes, they have also managed to make an international impression. Eduard Dressler’s small tailor’s workshop has grown into an ultra modern production hall where men’s suits and smart-casual jackets are manufactured to the highest quality standards and following the company philosophy. Every Eduard Dressler product is still refined with handcrafted perfection. The cuts all have a pleasingly perfect fit and elegant silhouettes, but freedom of movement is never forgotten. The outstanding workmanship and finish used to make premium quality natural fibres, like cashmere, virgin wool, and cotton, into lightweight, flowing fabrics give the entire collection elegance and value – both for stylish business looks and for relaxed casual clothes such as chinos and polo shirts.
The suits, smart-casual jackets and coats by Eduard Dressler give confident, sophisticated gentlemen the certainty of being dressed perfectly but very comfortably for any occasion, while remaining consciously understated.
A unique combination of traditional values, handcrafted perfection and premium quality characterise the masculine elegance of Eduard Dressler collections.
