The brand’s story begins in 1967, when a small shoe workshop named ‘Navayos’ was established in the heart of Tuscany. At its helm was Rolando Sturlini – a man with a clear vision and a profound passion for design – supported by his wife Anna, who oversaw the artistic craftsmanship in the sewing atelier. Their first creation, a modest moccasin, would evolve over time into a true masterpiece of shoemaking.
It was the harmonious union of two elements that laid the foundation for the brand’s future success: Anna’s masterful craftsmanship and Rolando’s creative vision. This synergy gave rise to refined designs, distinguished by precision, character, and an attention to detail that only true artisanal skill can deliver.

Today, Alessio and Alessia – children of the company’s founder – continue the family tradition together with Edoardo, grandson of the founding couple.
