Current shipping information
Climate-neutral standard shipping in Germany is not affected and will continue to take 1–2 business days. Please understand, however, that despite all effort, delays may happen in some regions. In our logistics centre, orders are still processed as quickly as before. With our decision in favour of climate-neutral shipping, we can compensate the caused CO2 emissions – we only send our goods this way. This service is free of charge for you.
International shipping
We are still shipping to all other countries while maintaining the regular delivery times. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page to see the international terms of delivery for your country.
Information about our stores
As of now, we can offer you again the personal shopping experience that you have come to expect from us. We will of course welcome you with sufficient distance and a medical mask, which we will hold ready for you as well as disinfectants. All other hygiene measures such as disinfected and aired rooms are also a matter of course. Please note that since February 12, 2022, the 2G rule is omitted in the Hamburg retailing sector. Only wearing an FFP2 mask is mandatory.
You are of course very welcome to continue to use our comprehensive online service. You can reach our customer service by phone or by email. We will gladly answer all questions about our range and your order and will be happy to assist you in placing your order.
Protection of staff and customers
Protecting the health of our staff and customers is our top priority. Therefore we are glad to comply with all recommendations issued by the government and the World Health Organisation, and we can assure you that we are taking extensive precautions.
- Stores
Our checkout counters are fitted with protective acrylic windows to. In addition, all surfaces, especially the checkout area, stairs and fitting rooms, are continuously cleaned and disinfected throughout the day. If required, we will provide you with disinfectant, face masks and disposable gloves. - Face masks
For mutual protection, all our staff are wearing FFP2 masks on the sales floor at all times. - Distancing
We will still offer you the perfect fashion advice that you have come to expect from us. We will now of course keep a distance of 1.5 m, and are kindly asking you to do the same. - Hygiene precautions in logistics
All areas that are in touch with goods apply very strict hygiene regulations. Our goods are exclusively handled by BRAUN Hamburg employees that follow clear hygienic instructions. We do not employ external contractors in this context. - Shipment of packages
The risk of contracting a virus via parcels is very low, according to the World Health Organisation: “We know from previous analyses that coronaviruses do not survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.” Our parcels are exclusively commissioned and packed by BRAUN Hamburg employees. Our courier services carry out mostly contactless deliveries now, to minimise all risks of infection.
