Ajmone: Luxurious leather jackets and accessories
Leather: A natural, wild, raw material. Roberto Aimone and his son Stefano – both with vast experience in luxury fashion – have devoted themselves entirely to this original raw material with their label Ajmone. Unadulterated, fine leather is the solo star of their leather jackets, bags and accessories. Even during the tanning process the emphasis is on preserving the leather’s character and natural texture, and during production, the focus is on details and meticulous craftsmanship – until wear gives the finished product a signature patina. It takes four to five weeks to make an Ajmone leather jacket in the Tuscan factory.
You can sense Roberto and Stefano Aimone’s fascination with leather as soon as you touch or slip on an Ajmone weekender or jacket. Ajmone jackets are masculine and authentic; they have an air of understated luxury and were made to give their wearer a lifetime of service. The label’s name reflects the passion and personality of its founders: It gave them back the “j” that had once been lost due to a spelling mistake on an official document.
