- SHIPPING TYPES: Braun GmbH & Co. KG ships its products within Germany via UPS Standard, DHL Paket or DHL Express, as well as courier service within the Hamburg city limits. The transport risk lies with the shipper. For shipments to all other countries, delivery is made exclusively via UPS. Please note: When specifying a Packstation as a delivery address, shipping is only possible per DHL. Please also note that Saturday delivery is not possible when UPS is specified as shipping type.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: The merchandise is ready for shipment no later than on the day following your order. Unless otherwise agreed with you, delivery occurs from the warehouse within 1-5 working days (see below list) to the delivery address you have specified, depending upon the selection of the shipping type and the point of delivery. Possible impediments, however, may cause delays of up to seven days.

- DELIVERIES TO NON-EU COUNTRIES, DELIVERIES SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS DUTIES:
For deliveries to non-EU countries, the article prices stated are net prices, i.e. the sales prices exclusive of 19% VAT. The delivery time to countries subject to customs duty takes two to ten working days, depending on the shipping type and destination. We wish to point out that we bear the costs for door-to-door shipping, the insurance of the merchandise, as well as all costs for accompanying documents. For deliveries to countries outside of the European Union, other costs may be incurred, in such individual cases Braun Hamburg is not responsible for the costs and these shall be borne by the customer. These include costs for money transfers through banks (e.g. foreign bank charges, bank transfer fees, exchange rates) or import duties and/or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also be incurred if the payment is not made within a country in the European Union, but rather the customer makes a money transfer payment from a country outside of the European. Any payable import sales tax, along with any customs fees, are collected from the recipient by the shipping company (respective partner forwarding agent in the delivery country). Please note that in case of a return it is not the responsibility of Braun Hamburg to refund any additional incurring costs such as customs duties or import sales taxes.

* Orders received by 2 pm CET from Monday to Friday (except for public holidays) are delivered by 12 noon on the next working day.
** For shipping costs with a point of delivery in Germany (domestic) and the EU, the cost of shipping includes VAT. The shipping costs for a point of delivery outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, United States) does not include VAT.
*** Express courier: Courier delivery is only possible in the city limits of Hamburg and for payment by credit card or SOFORT Überweisung (instant funds transfer). Same day delivery for orders received by 4 pm CET from Monday to Friday (except for public holidays).
**** Pick up in-store - Click & Collect: A pickup in our stores Mönckebergstraße or Kaisergalerie is possible if paying by credit card, PayPal or SOFORT Überweisung. During pick up, a valid photo ID with the name and surname of the customer is required for verification purposes.
As a consumer, you may cancel your order and return the ordered products or exchange them for a different size within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. You are not obligated to state any reason for your cancellation.
If you would like to do us a favour, please use the postage-paid return shipping label included in your delivery, along with the sample cancellation form on our website [https://www.braun-hamburg.com/cancellation-form]. The use of the return shipping label, however, is not a precondition for exercising your right of cancellation.
We will reimburse you for the purchase price you have already paid immediately upon receiving the return shipment. You will receive the reimbursement amount in the form of a credit to your account (purchase against invoice or SOFORT Überweisung (instant funds transfer)), to your PayPal account or to your credit card account, depending upon the payment method.

Please also note that an exchange may only be made for the same item in a different size, as long as it is available.
- The returns must be shipped back to us in a UPS or DHL parcel. Please use the UPS or DHL return shipping label/waybill included in the parcel for this purpose. In this case, Braun Hamburg GmbH & Co. KG will pay the shipping costs of the return shipment. Please also complete the return and exchange form and include it in the return shipment.
- Depending upon the selected shipping type, the UPS or DHL return pick-up service is available free of charge.
- Shipping via DHL Paket:
For orders within Germany sent via DHL Paket, you can simply drop off your package at your nearest post office or at a Packstation. Should you desire pick-up, please call us and we will arrange a pick-up time with you.
- Shipping via UPS Standard:
Please use the UPS return form enclosed in the package. For pick-up of the returns via UPS, please contact UPS
a. either on the following service number (for Germany): +49 (0)180 688 266 3.
b. or via the UPS homepage www.ups.com under "Shipping" and "Schedule a Collection"
Otherwise you can drop off your package by using the UPS return form at your nearest UPS Access Point.
- Shipping via DHL Express:
Please use the DHL Paket return label enclosed in the package. You can now simply drop off the return package at your nearest post office.
- Shipping via courier service:
Please contact our customer service. You will then receive a printable return label via DHL Return Online. You can then drop off the return package at your nearest post office.
If the above-mentioned conditions are observed, the return shipping is carried out at our expense and risk. Braun GmbH & Co. KG is not responsible for items not sent back in the manner described above.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
If you would like to return a package from outside the EU, please observe the following: on your invoice, please cross out any item that you do not wish to return. State "RETURN GOODS" on the invoice and hand it over together with the package as documentation for the return shipment and for the reimbursement of customs and taxes already paid.
In case there is no return form enclosed in the package, please contact our customer service.
According to statutory regulations, the cancellation right does not apply in case of contracts for delivery of merchandise of which the production requires an individual selection or specification by the consumer or which is clearly tailored to the individual requirements of the consumer. Thus, personalised products, for which you have chosen our Monogram service, are not returnable.
We will reimburse you for the purchase price you have already paid immediately upon receiving the return shipment and after the obligatory incoming inspection of the merchandise. You will receive the reimbursement amount, depending upon the payment method, in the form of a credit to your account (prepayment or SOFORT Überweisung (instant funds transfer)) or to your credit card account (credit card). We hope you appreciate the fact that we cannot transfer funds back to other accounts or credit cards for security reasons. Wherever possible, the refund amount will be credited on the same day, no later, however, than the next working day. Please note that in case different banks are involved, this may lead to time delays in bank transfers.
All payments and credit notes will be handled in the currency chosen for the purchase (EUR). Braun Hamburg is not liable for any exchange rate differences between the original purchase date and the refund date. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
