About the designer

The luxury lifestyle label Belstaff, which was only recently taken over by the Swiss luxury conglomerate LABELUX, has long since become a permanent fixture in the world of fashion. Founded in 1924 in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England, designers Eli Belovitch and Harry Grossberg created functionwear – specifically jackets – in waxed cotton fabrics, which were extremely weather-resistant, and therefore perfectly suited for motorcycle sports. Soon after, the label added leather jackets for pilots. The label became a lot less visible in the 1990s, until the world of fashion and celebrities, like David Beckham, rediscovered the brand for their own use. The label shed its status as a manufacturer of functional wear, and began creating new and innovative styles. Their line promises a unique combination of elegance and coolness, making Belstaff a new trendsetter: dynamic, practical, stylish, and made from premium quality materials. The Belstaff collections include trendy menswear, as well as biker boots, bags, and other accessories.

TAKING MEASUREMENTS CORRECTLY FOR THE PERFECT FIT

Jacket

A = Back length

Measure the closed garment in the middle of the back from the nape seam, or the lowest seam of the neckband, straight down to the hem.

B = Chest measurement

Measure from the height of the chest line, slightly below the sleeve seam, straight from the left to the right side and then double the measurement.

C = Sleeve length

Lay the flat garment on a plane surface. Then measure straightly from the highest point of the sleeve down to the sleeve seam.

D = Shoulder width

The straightly measured distance from the nape seam to the sleeve seam.

E = Back width

Measure straight from the left side to the right side in the back, approximately on half of the sleeve height.
